How do I change/cancel an appointment?
You can login to the online booking portal to change or cancel an appointment. You can also reach us by phone at 519-657-8364. Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment start time may be subject to pay the full appointment fee.
